Delete your Muudi account
Last updated: October 13, 2026You can delete your Muudi account and all of its data at any time. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Muudi and go to the You tab.
- Scroll to the account section and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is removed right away.
Without the app
Email tknappstudio@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Muudi account". Send it from the email you signed in with (Google or Apple), or include the email shown in the app. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in details.
- Your mood check-ins, notes and photos, moments, Talk conversations, letters, auras, reminders and profile.
- Your push notification tokens.
What we keep
Anonymous usage counts that can no longer be linked to you, and records we must keep by law (for example purchase records held by Apple, Google and RevenueCat). Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription: cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first.
